To coincide with the Danish theatrical release of Columbia's "Casino Royale" in 1967, publishing house Skrifola reissued Ian Fleming's first James Bond novel in Denmark under a new title, "Banko for døden" [Banco for Death]. Only the hardcover edition carried stills from the film which was only loosely inspired by the novel.
