“GoldenEye”: Video report from the Danish gala premiere (TV 2 1996)

The 24 January 1996 edition of the youth programme SuperPuls on Danish network TV 2 covered the Danish gala premiere of "GoldenEye" which took place at Copenhagen's Imperial Cinema on January 11.

The video is mostly in Danish although host Tina Bilsbo is seen interviewing Pierce Brosnan (James Bond 007) on the red carpet. The clip also features interview snippets with Brosnan, composer Eric Serra and singer Tina Turner from the "GoldenEye" EPK (Electronic Press Kit). These are in English with Danish subtitles.

The clip is sourced from a VHS taping which explains the poor image quality.

“Tomorrow Never Dies”: I biffen – 007 Special (TvDanmark 1997)

To mark the Danish theatrical release of "Tomorrow Never Dies" in December 1997, TvDanmark produced this 007 special as part of their regular "I biffen" show  ["At the movies"]. The special features interview segments with Danish actress Cecilie Thomsen (professor Inga Bergström) and actor Desmond Llewelyn ('Q').

The show also includes footage from the Copenhagen gala premiere of "Tomorrow Never Dies" at the Imperial cinema, as well as interview segments with Michelle Yeoh and Pierce Brosnan, both seemingly sourced from an EPK press kit.

Apologies for the inferior image and sound quality (the material was sourced from a second generation VHS copy).

Interview segments are in English (Llewelyn, Yeoh, Brosnan) and Danish (Thomsen).

“SPECTRE”: Nohrlund Limited Bond Edition cocktail (2015)

This potent cocktail of tequila, orange liqueur and ginger was served at the Danish gala premiere of "SPECTRE", held at the Imperial cinema in Copenhagen on 27 October 2015.

Nohrlund Limited Bond Edition was produced exclusively for this event. Only 1000 bottles were made.

The drink was developed and manufactured by Danish drinks company Nohrlund, who specializes in original bottled cocktails made from all natural ingredients.

Bartender and Nohrlund CEO Søren Aamand says to James Bond•O•Rama that SF Film, who distributes "SPECTRE" in Denmark, asked them to make a special James Bond variant for the gala event.

"It couldn't just be a vodka martini," Søren Aamand says. "The drink had to appeal to both feminine and masculine tastes. That's why it's a neutral white cocktail."

Søren Aamand and his colleague Anders Houmann developed the recipe without having seen ”SPECTRE”. 
"We knew that the first act of the film takes place in Mexico, which made tequila the natural choice for us," Søren Aamand says.

"The tequila is flavoured with lime, sugar and ginger. The ginger gives warmth and some spice, which fits perfectly with the Bond theme. It has a little kick in it."

Léa Seydoux & Michael G. Wilson at the Danish SPECTRE gala premiere (video interview, 2015)

On 27 October 2015, James Bond•O•Rama.dk attended the Danish gala premiere of "SPECTRE" at the Imperial cinema in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Actress Léa Seydoux (Madeleine Swann) and veteran James Bond producer Michael G. Wilson were in town for the red carpet event (which was actually blue) and graciously made themselves available for this special video interview.
